The entire team at David Ross Orthodontics is incredible and I can't imagine a better office for our daughter to get her braces! From the friendly and caring staff, to the prize wheel and candy wall, the video games while you wait, plus coffee and snacks, the office goes above and beyond to make the kids and their parents feel good about being there. Also, the entire team is great but a special shoutout to Dr. Friedman, who is easily one of the best orthodontists in Maryland and Pennsylvania!

My son was always well taken care of. And I love that they treat him and only engage me when needed. They make him feel as though his opinions are part of his treatment. And of course he has a gorgeous smile now. 🙂

Dr. Ross office is great! From the front desk, financing office, Dr. Ross hisself and his colleagues who work great to make sure you are knowledgeable about your braces journey. I was recommended to him and I couldn’t think of a New better Orthodontics Provider. I loved Shaq today. She put on my braces. I loved her customer service, she explained to me everything as it was happening. She also broke down the after care instructions. Best decision. Thank you for welcoming me to the family.

Absolutely love Dr. Ross’s practice! From the front desk ladies, the office staff, to the assistants and Dr. Ross himself, I HIGHLY recommend!!! Everyone is so sweet, professional, truly love and care about what they are doing! They also have amazing perks as well like the Starbucks machine with coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea, then little rewards like water bottles, stickers and t-shirts! Always a great experience! I did my Invisalign here and had great results. Now my son has started his treatment process and everyone has been very friendly. The office is always clean and my children enjoy the video games/hot chocolate in the waiting room.

Fantastic experience from the beginning. Staff are super friendly and both my children enjoy going to Dr. Ross.

Our family has 2/3 of children with braces, spacers, etc for fixing teeth. Leaving us with a good idea of what to come. However, we wish we knew of David Ross Orthodontics for the first two children to go thru this experience. Orthodontics can be a scary process for anyone. The office is extremely kid and teen fun. Adult fun too! This place has so many cool things to take your mind off of any anxiety or worry and you have a few minutes of fun before you get your seat in the orthodontics chairs. Go visit the office and see if you would love it as much as we do.Our sons team was so polite, professional, caring and kind. These are real people just like us, they understood concerns. They spoke with us (parent and patient) until we were both eased into the info with the new spacing devices and how they worked. They took the time to teach, show, even video tape our personal instructions so we knew exactly what to do when we got home. Later that evening I had gotten a phone call from Dr. Ross, checking in with us to ensure things were going smooth and our son was doing well. THAT IS A CARING DOCTOR!! As I said, we wish we had known of this practice years ago, because we never would have gone any where else.Thanks to the David Ross Orthodontics team for our son, you made everything comfortable and at ease.
