Today, I had my aligner trays put in for my Invisalign treatment. I strongly suggest this location as Dr. David Ross is incredibly knowledgeable and created a personalized treatment plan for me. I am consistently treated with respect, and David Ross even called to check in on my progress this evening.

The staff was amazing. Jackie was so kind and professional. She made my daughter (and granddaughter) feel very comfortable. She explained everything perfectly. You all have thought of everything…water, Starbucks machine, snacks, games. It’s very clean. I just can’t say enough. Thank you!

I am on my second set of braces and I chose Dr. Ross to help me complete my smile in its entirety. My initial consultation was flawless, everyone was so warm and welcoming! Not to mention I love the aesthetic of the office. Its so colorful and fun. Even as an adult, it is a joy to see. I was able to get my braces SAME DAY and since then things have been moving along smoothly!

It’s funny to say I actually enjoy coming to the office for my treatment days but my appointments are quick, painless and I am in and out within 30 mins.

They also have amazing perks as well like the Starbucks machine with coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea, then little rewards like water bottles, stickers and t-shirts! I love this office. I work for Dental insurance, and this office is the best I’ve ever found, and treat you like family. They aren’t like your usual dental office, and I highly recommend going here. The entire team at David Ross Orthodontics is incredible and I can't imagine a better office for our daughter to get her braces! From the friendly and caring staff, to the prize wheel and candy wall, the video games while you wait, plus coffee and snacks, the office goes above and beyond to make the kids and their parents feel good about being there. Also, the entire team is great but a special shoutout to Dr. Friedman, who is easily one of the best orthodontists in Maryland and Pennsylvania!
