Great service, helpful and lovely staff !!

Very friendly and patient staff! My daughter always gets nervous going to the dentist but she is starting to like it better because the people who work there are always so nice!

My son (age 9) has pretty extreme dental anxiety and was so nervous for his braces. I asked the staff to explain everything they are doing to him because that helps to relieve some stress. They were so accommodating and encouraging to him and after she started getting to work, he completely relaxed and gave two thumbs up. We left with top braces and a big smile from both him and his worried mama 😊

Very positive first orthodontic experience. Dr. Ross is personable and caring. All of the staff is excellent! You can text them with any questions and they respond quickly. The office is clean and beautiful! We love it here!Highly recommend!

My kids love going here which says alot!! The only recommendation I would have is to add a later day/time(s). If it wasn’t for family members helping I would have to choose another ortho provider because the last time slot is still in early afternoon.

Today I brought my daughter into the office for some gum irritation. When I contacted the office yesterday, they didn’t hesitate to get us in right away even though we had an appointment scheduled for Monday! Everyone is so kind in the office. Alex was so gentle and sweet which made Scarlet extremely comfortable!!!

DRO was awesome! Everyone was always very friendly and Marcy’s teeth look great.

Casandra is the best tech! Every time I come here it’s amazing and they are so nice.

The staff is professional and very courteous, the atmosphere is so relaxing, no place for anxiety to live and the aestethics of his office modern and colorful. I suffer from severe dental anxiety, but Brooke was so calm and gentle, she installed my braces and I never felt anything! Everyone I met here has been awesome Dr. Ross, Dr. Friedman, Brooke, Alex, Mary, Maddie, Casey. I can't thank Dr. Tracy Stein, DDS of McDonough Dental enough for recommending this office for my orthodontist needs. Can't wait to see my new smile!!

DRO came highly recommended to me for my child. Their retainer replacement program has been a life saver. The staff go out of their way for us. Braces are expensive, but at David Ross Orthodontics you can see your money at work because there is so much invested in the brace wearing individual. It’s great to know that your money is well spent here. Thanks for everything DRO!

I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Ross after 21 months and had an incredibly positive experience. I love how well run his office in Timonium is - I never once had to wait more than 5 minutes and his staff was always quick to help me with anything via text or call. Half way through my treatment I had to move to Dallas and Dr. Ross made it possible to see two orthodontist in Texas to get scans taken for no extra cost. They also shipped my additional trays to my new home and saved me two trips back to Maryland. Towards the end of my treatment my insurance changed and his billing team made it possible to get a big amount paid by the new insurance and reduced my treatment cost by a lot. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his entire team. Thank you for making my Invisalign treatment so smooth and giving me a perfect smile.

I Had An Amazing First Experience❤️! I can honestly say that was my first time going to the orthodontist and everyone was soo sweet and helpful not to mention the place was very nice and really aesthetically pleasing.

Made my Invisalign process so easy! I had many concerns about getting Invisalign because of past dental work and current implants, but Dr. Ross was amazing! He listened to my concerns and had me leaving with a smile I loved. The office is so vibrant, and the team members are exceptional. Would definitely recommend to any parents getting braces for their kids or even Invisalign for themselves!!

David Ross and his team were amazing! I had my braces on for a little over 2 years & every time I went into the office I was greeted with a smile & professionalism! My appointments were always fast and efficient. Whenever I sat it the chair they would explain what I would be having done that day, step by step. They always asked if I was comfortable and once finished they would ask if anything was bothering me. I truly love this office and am happy that I chose Dr. Ross for treatment. The office is always clean, well stocked & feels very welcoming. If I ever had to call in the women that answered the phones are always nice and show great customer service. I have zero complaints. I will recommend all of my friends and family to this office. I am so excited to bring my soon to be 7 year old for treatment. I am confident that Dr. Ross and his team will treat him with the same care and quality that I received. If you have any doubts, don’t! The team is awesome.

As someone who is very self conscious about my teeth and smile, I amextremely happy with their service! They are very warm and welcoming from the time you arrive there until you leave! They work with you to set up payment plans that work for you. They don’t pressure you into anything and often asked how I would like to proceed while at the same time explaining how my options would likely play out in the long run. All in all, it has been a complete pleasure working with them and I think you would enjoy working with them too!

Such a fantastic vibe at this office! The staff is friendly and the office is welcoming and up to date. There is an arcade for the kids (well adults can play too) and it’s very bright and colorful. Oh and let’s not forget the candy bar and prize wheel! I would recommend this office to all!

Dr. Ross and his team are absolutely amazing! They truly made the two year process with Invisalign so easy. The whole office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I expressed concern about one tooth I wasn’t happy with at the end of my treatment and Dr. Ross immediately jumped to make it right! He made a few more trays and now they look perfect! I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them if you’re thinking about doing Invisalign!
