There’s a reason Dr. Ross is the name that comes to mind when you mention “braces”. I must admit, he has thought of everything! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a kid-friendly environment. There are games, contests, and activities to keep kiddos entertained. The staff is specially trained to work with children, and they explain everything in a way that’s easy for them to understand. They’re also aware that some kids can be anxious (hand raised!!) and are sensitive to that issue. Dr. Ross completely exceeded my expectations. He had the patience of a saint when working with my son, and he made the entire process fun and enjoyable.
