David Ross orthodontics staff is very welcoming & polite. I went to the Lutherville location and the place is very clean & you can tell Dr. Ross takes pride in the environment (they even have a Starbucks expresso machine lol). My dental tech today was Danielle, she was so sweet and informative. I got my Invisalign today & she walked me through the entire process and made me comfortable throughout the process. My Invisalign experience with Dr Ross and staff was great. I actually looked forward to my appointments. His staff and technicians are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Each visit was a sheer joy to be surrounded by happy, smiling faces The office is like a mini amusement park with interactive TVs discussing trivia, nutrition, and proper dental care. Dr Ross is the consummate orthodontist. He is extremely personable, understanding and empathetic to his patients needs. Always a warm greeting and a smile on his face.
