This was my third time fixing my teeth, but my first time working with David Ross — and honestly, I wish I had found him sooner. I’ve done braces twice and Invisalign this round, and David took the time to explain everything clearly so I could choose the best option. The biggest selling point for me was the retainers‑for‑life program and the 3D model of my teeth. I lose retainers way too often, so knowing they can remake one anytime is a lifesaver. For my final appointment, Shaq helped me and she was amazing. Super sweet, patient, and made the whole process of getting my retainer and removing the Invisalign attachments a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Casandra is the best tech! Every time I come here it’s amazing and they are so nice. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The office is clean and modern and feels really comfortable. You can tell that they value the client experience which ultimately was what made our final decision when choosing an orthodontist. We will be here a lot over the next 3 years so you might as well choose the office with an hot chocolate machine! 🙂 Everyone is so friendly and kind and makes you feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

Patience, professionalism, personableness, friendly body language, and a respectful attitude is what I look for when I visit any practice…Brandy definitely checked all of those boxes for me during my first visit here. You also can’t overlook how pretty the practice is…definitely loved the atmosphere. There’s very unique amenities that elevates your experience— some of which you most likely will not see anywhere else.
